Pontypool Community Council annually fund Forest School sessions to enable pupils from the area to experience this opportunity
Forest Schools is an innovative and inspiring approach to learning and development which offers people of all ages and backgrounds opportunities to achieve and develop confidence and self-esteem through hands-on learning during regular visits to a local woodland site.
Supported by qualified FS Practitioners, participants develop and nurture respect and responsibility for themselves, other people and the environment in a truly empowering experience, which is equally exciting, healthy and fun.
